Adam Zampa of the Rajasthan Royals withdraws from the IPL in 2024:

Before the most recent auction, the Royals had kept Adam Zampa, but his manager has now stated that he will not participate in the 2024 Indian Premier League.
Due to personal circumstances, Adam Zampa has abruptly withdrawn from the Indian Premier League.

Adam Zampa was signed by the Rajasthan Royals on a deal worth INR 1.5 crore (about A$273,000) prior to the December auction in Dubai; however, his manager informed on Thursday that he will not participate in the 2024 Indian Premier League.
Since the conclusion of the ODI World Cup in India last year, he has played in the BBL and Australia’s white-ball series against West Indies, India, and New Zealand. He has a young family at home and a demanding lifestyle.
Despite having two of India’s top spinners in its lineup in R Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal, Zampa made just six appearances for the Royals in 2023. He claimed eight wickets at 23.50 with an economy rate of 8.54, including figures of 3 for 22 against Chennai Super Kings at home.

Adam Zampa played in the Indian Premier League for two teams in the past: Rising Pune Supergiant and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (formerly known as Royal Challengere Bangalore). In his 20 IPL matches, which were spread across four seasons, he took 29 wickets.
In recent weeks, the Royals have also lost Prasidh Krishna from their bowling assault due to his season-ending quadriceps surgery. Manoj Badale, the co-owner of the Royals, suggested last week that the teams collaborate more closely with the BCCI’s medical department in response to Prasidh’s injury.

According to Badale, there are always things you’d like to see [the BCCI] improve. This was stated on the Sky Sports Cricket Podcast. “Considering how often these players are expected to play in a variety of formats, it is obvious that the medical aspect of it is incredibly crucial.
It’s difficult for us as a franchise when a player is out for the entire tournament after you’ve put 7–8% of your total player budget on them. We’re without Prasidh Krishna again this season. We’re attempting to work significantly harder in the medical field.”

The Royals have not yet named a substitute player for Adam Zampa or Prasidh.
